America has been defined throughout history by systemic racism against Black people and centuries of female gender oppression.
A depraved, despotic, demoralizing, destabilizing, humiliating, terrorizing, stigmatizing, ugly, and nightmare discrimination against Black people and women.

An ethos that stated that a woman’s place was in the home and not the workplace. Baked cookies, homemaker duties, marital property of spouse, and child rearing but absolute denial of professional achievement in political arenas, academia, military, business, sports, movies, music, entertainment, law, and medical fields. Suffering from unbreakable glass ceilings in corporate America and society, no woman has ever been elected to the presidency.
From Greensboro sit-ins to Selma to Montgomery civil rights marches and movement of the 1960s to today’s Black Lives Matter social movement street protests in opposition to unspeakable acts of police brutality atrocity committed against the Black community, Dr. King’s dream remains the pinnacle and uplifting vibrancy of the American conscience.
A faux White supremacy to be undermined, extracted, and uprooted by peaceful civil disobedient protest has always been the method of operation to achieve those universally shared goals. There is nothing more American than protesting to achieve racial equality, parity, and harmony pursuant to the First Amendment, internationally recognized human rights and the dignities of all. The Founding Fathers blatant brutal racial discrimination that they enshrined in original text of the federal constitution is not excused, forgotten, or forgiven due to the context of traditional toxic White supremacist culture that they lived in. In fact, many were slaveholders. Capitalist infrastructure and right-wing extremist politics have always been used as a pretense for promotion and promulgation of vile White male supremacy, heritage, legacy, and culture. A journey into the racial abyss. A race-based caste system defining access to mission critical economic opportunity.
Four hundred years of racial inequality, poverty, lack of affordable housing, substandard public housing, imbalance, malice, denial of civil liberties, voting disenfranchisement, subpar economic opportunities, insufficient capital lending to minority owned business firms, White race hegemonic tyranny, endemic oppression by an affluent White majority ruling class and sustained second-class citizenship status have made the real American experience a living hell for the Black community. Equality of and between race and gender must stand shoulder to shoulder with revered principles of American democracy, free speech, free press, peaceful assembly, petitioning government for redress of grievances and religious freedoms. The politics of racial discord, the pitting of Americans of one race against Americans of another race and militarization of civilian police force to putdown Black protest has been the foundation of an aging hierarchical old-fashioned racist American political culture struggling to hold on to a numerically diminishing White majority population.
Passage of the federal Civil Rights Act Of 1964 and Voting Rights Act Of 1965 by the United States Congress solidified the bedrock groundwork for the emergence of a vehemently oppressive White supremacist South, population and state governments, and former Confederate states that attempted to secede from the Union prior to the outbreak of the Civil War.
A potent weaponized White supremacist South hellbent on punishing Black Americans from freely exercising their federally guaranteed constitutional civil rights. Declaration of Independence, Original Constitution, Bill of Rights, Amendments to U.S. Constitution, Federal Laws, State Constitutions, State Laws, Local Ordinances, Court Decisions and yet there is still tumultuous difficulty of a White population to comprehensively understand a simple concept of fundamental equality between Black and White.
